Install

Run these 4 commands in a terminal, in order.

  1. claude plugin marketplace add drushegh/CCMAF
  2. claude plugin install ccmaf-kernel@ccmaf --scope user
  3. claude plugin install ccmaf@ccmaf --scope user
  4. claude plugin install console@ccmaf --scope user

The Console shows the .claude/ state of a project as a live UI: the kanban, the dashboard, contracts, decisions and the docs tree.

It is also the comfortable way to work the verify loop, since your verdicts are written back as files the agents read next pass.

It ships as the npm package ccmaf-console, fetched on demand. The console plugin brings it up automatically for opted-in projects.
